Does Flowerworks offer same-day flower and cake delivery in Karachi?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery across Karachi for selected flowers and cakes. Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are delivered fresh and on time.

Which areas in Karachi does Flowerworks deliver to?

We deliver to all major areas of Karachi including DHA, Clifton, PECHS, Gulshan, North Nazimabad, and surrounding locations.

We do not deliver to Bahria Town Karachi.

We do not deliver inside Malir Cantt. Order must be received at the check post. 

We do not deliver to NHS Mauripur or PAF Base Masroor. 

Does Flowerworks accept bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, we specialize in bulk and corporate orders for offices, events, seminars, and client gifting with customized options available.

Are Butter by Flowerworks cakes baked fresh?

All our cakes are baked fresh in-house using premium ingredients to ensure quality and great taste.

Can I customize my flower bouquet or cake message at Flowerworks?

Yes, you can customize bouquet styles and add personalized messages to cakes and flowers.

How can I order flowers online from Flowerworks?

You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your product and completing the checkout process.

Does Flowerworks offer artificial flowers?

    No, we only work with real, fresh flowers.

    Does Flowerworks deliver in Lahore/Islamabad etc.?

    We are currently only delivering in Karachi. But you can send Fresh Flowers and Cakes to Karachi from abroad using our website.

    What time will you deliver my order?

    Orders are delivered between 3 time slots (12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm, 8pm-midnight) on your selected date. You can choose one of our available delivery slots. For same-day orders, we cannot guarantee delivery within the selected slot, but we will do our best to deliver as close to it as possible.

    We do not offer delivery at any specific time (For eg: 6 pm).

    Latest possible delivery time is 10-11 pm.

    Can Flowerworks do an anonymous delivery?

    We do not offer anonymous delivery. We inform the receiver about the nature of the product and the name of the sender, if they ask about it. We may also contact the phone number you have provided for help in finding the address. 

    Does Flowerworks have a physical store and can I visit it?

    Yes! Flowerworks is an online florist with a physical store in DHA, Karachi, located on Khayaban-e-Mujahid in Phase 5. You can visit us everyday between 10 am and 10 pm.

    Can I pay for flower delivery in Karachi by card?
    We accept a variety of secure payment options, including Visa and MasterCard, Bank Transfers, International Remittance services, and mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash. 
    We also accept card payments in-store.

    We do not offer Cash on Delivery service.
