Our Products

Flowerworks creates fresh flower arrangements and gifts using natural, seasonal and handmade products.

Because flowers are natural products, individual arrangements may have slight differences in colour, size, shape and appearance from the photographs shown on our website.

We aim to recreate each arrangement as closely as possible while maintaining the overall look, value and quality of the product.

Cakes

Cakes are delicate, handmade products and may have slight variations in appearance from the photographs shown on our website.

Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur during preparation, handling or transportation. These may include slight movement of decorations or other small changes in appearance and do not necessarily affect the quality or taste of the cake.

Some cakes may be delivered frozen or partially frozen when necessary to help maintain their freshness and structure during transportation.

Where a cake arrives significantly damaged, customers should follow the process outlined in our Returns, Refunds & Complaints Policy.

Flower & Material Availability

Flower availability changes daily and may vary depending on season and market availability.

If a particular flower, foliage, wrapping or other material shown in a product is unavailable, Flowerworks may replace it with a similar alternative.

Any substitution will be made with the intention of maintaining the overall appearance, quality and value of the arrangement.

Product Photography

We make every effort to photograph our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, screen settings and the natural characteristics of flowers.

Flower Longevity & Care

Fresh flowers are perishable products and their longevity depends on a number of factors, including temperature, environment, handling and care.

Please follow the flower-care instructions provided with your order to help your flowers last as long as possible.

Flowerworks does not guarantee a specific number of days that flowers will remain fresh.

Delivery

Delivery is currently available within Karachi, subject to our delivery-area restrictions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that the recipient or an authorised representative is available to receive the order.

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Orders & Availability

An order placed through our website is subject to product and delivery availability.

Flowerworks reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product or delivery service is unavailable or where an issue prevents us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will contact the customer regarding the appropriate resolution.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

Cancellations, Complaints & Refunds

Order cancellations, complaints, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Complaints Policy.

Gifting & Sender Information

Flowerworks does not offer anonymous gifting.

If a recipient asks about an order, we may inform them about the nature of the product and the sender's name.
