Refund policy

  • Flowers cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • No refunds are provided.
  • If you would like to cancel an order before delivery, please inform us 24 hours before delivery day.
  • For any complains please contact us within an hour of receiving your order via WhatsApp (+923308268134) . Please attach pictures of the order received in your message.
  • Our team reviews the complain within 48 hours. A voucher will be offered according to value of the purchase and the quality of product received. We reserve the right to determine the value of the voucher.
  • In case of missing items in your order, we provide a voucher of the same value (of missing product).
  • We understand the distress bad quality may cause but please remember to be courteous when you speak to a representative. It is a team effort and no single person can be blamed for any problems caused.
