Refund policy

Flowers cannot be returned or exchanged.
No refunds are provided.
If you would like to cancel an order before delivery, please inform us 24 hours before delivery day.
For any complains please contact us within an hour of receiving your order via WhatsApp (+923308268134) . Please attach pictures of the order received in your message.
Our team reviews the complain within 48 hours. A voucher will be offered according to value of the purchase and the quality of product received. We reserve the right to determine the value of the voucher.
In case of missing items in your order, we provide a voucher of the same value (of missing product).
