We deliver to all major areas of Karachi including DHA, Clifton, PECHS, Gulshan, North Nazimabad, and surrounding locations.

We are currently only delivering in Karachi.

What time will you deliver my order?

Orders are delivered between 4 PM and 11 PM on your selected date. We do not deliver in specific time slots.

Shipping policy

Standard Delivery charges are applied on all orders.
Orders will be delivered between 12 pm - midnight (according to the time slot you select).
Please make sure that the recipient or a representative is available at the address on the date of delivery.
We may contact the recipient before delivery for help with the address. If asked by the recipient we inform them about the nature of the product and name of the sender.
No refunds will be provided if the recipient refuses to accept the order for any reasons.
If there is no one available to receive the order it will be returned to our shop after 15 minutes of waiting.
You may contact us via WhatsApp for pick up of your returned order on the same day. We do not provide a second round of delivery or refunds for returned orders.
